At Excel Diagnostic, we prioritize the security and confidentiality of our patients' medical test reports. To ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain the integrity of our services, we do not offer home delivery for medical test reports.
Patients must collect their test reports in person from our diagnostic center.
A valid identification document may be required at the time of report collection.
If a representative is collecting the report on behalf of the patient, they must present a signed authorization letter along with a copy of the patient's ID.
Patients may have the option to receive their reports via email or through our secure online portal (if available).
